How do I upload?
You need to point your favorite browser to the url assigned to you when you set up your account. There you will see a login screen. Enter the password you selected at signup, and you will be logged into the "Image Hosting File Manager." Its here, that you can upload, delete and manipulate your images in real-time.

After I upload and try to access my image I'm getting "File Not Found"?
Please make sure you are spelling the image name correctly and exactly as you save it. Also remember filenames are case SeNsiTiVe. So if you saved an image as "Pic1.gif" that is not the same as "pic1.gif" or "Pic1.GIF" Also make sure your image ends in ".jpg" or ".gif" Those are the only extensions your image hosting server recognizes.

When do I receive my URLs?
Immediately after your upload is complete. After a successful upload your browser will show 2 lines of text in red. One showing you that the upload was successful and that the images name, the other will show up the full URL to access that image on the Web. Copy and Paste that URL into your auction, and you are all set.

I forgot my URL?
Login to your account control panel, and there you can list out all of the images stored within your account or use the "Account Summary" page to view the following information.
Date of upload
Image name
Image URL
Total current images within your account

Are the images case sensitive?
File names are case sensitive. "Test" and "TEST" are considered two different names. If you upload an image called "Test.JPG" you must use "Test.JPG" for your filename when you call it through a URL. If you use "TEST.jpg" or "Test.jpg" it will be returned as a 'file not found' or a broken icon.

I keep receiving a broken icon, is the server down?
No, the number one cause of a broken icons is a typo in the URL you have entered. Remember filenames are case SenSiTiVe. Login to your account and use your "Account Summary" page to check each images actual URL. If the image loads through the "Account Summary" page there is a problem with the URL. If the image still fails to load there may be a problem with the uploaded file. Re-upload the file and try again.

How do I remove an image?
Login to your file manager and select the image and hit the "DELETE" image in the second category of functions.

How long will my image be on the server?
Your image will remain on the server for as long as you are a member or until you delete it.

All my images are in TIFF format, what do I need to do?
You'll need to convert them into JPG or GIF format. There are many shareware programs out on the Internet that will allow you to do this. Try Tucows or Download.com for some selections.

What file formats are acceptable?
We only accept 'jpg' and 'gif' format. At most auctions these are the only acceptable formats. If you image is in another format you will need to convert it 'jpg' or 'gif'. Many great graphic conversion programs can be found at www.shareware.com

Is there a limit to file size?
No. However please remember that the smaller the file size the faster your image will load at the auction. The reason we offer no restrictions is many new users wish to begin selling immediately.

What's a good file size for a fast loading image?
Try to keep your images 25k or less for a fast loading image. If they're too large and take a long time to load you may lose the interest of your potential buyer.

I only have photographs now what?
These need to be converted into digital format. They can be scanned or shot with a digital camera. If the film is not developed you can have the images saved to disk when you have your pictures developed.

I lost my password?
Please contact technical support to reset this.

My username and/or password does not work?
Username's and password's are case SenSiTiVe. If you continue to have problems please contact technical support to resolve the issue, they're available 24x7 to all clients.

Why does it take so long for my images to load?
This is caused by large file size. The optimum file size for an auction image is 25k or less. If your file size is larger expect slower loading. If it's not acceptable you can always resize your image. There is no need to have a picture 10"x12" with a small item in the center. Cut off all the extra space around it using a "cropping" feature with your graphics editor.

Where can I find freeware and shareware graphics programs?
